Terms and Conditions

1. Promotional code DECEMBER10 is available to existing and joining MedicAlert members between 3rd and 22nd December 2019.
2. The promotional code can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
3. Members can use the promotional code for unique orders multiple times during the promotional period and each use of the promotional code equates to one entry to the prize draw.
4. By using the promotional code, you agree to be entered in to the competition. 
5. Three winners will be chosen, at random, to have the value of their order credited back to them. 
6. Only the value of the winners' orders (membership and medical ID jewellery) will be credited. This does not include postage and packaging charges.  
7. The winners will be notified on Monday 23rd December. 
8. The winners must agree to the publication of their winning status on social media, blogs and other MedicAlert publications. They must also agree to provide one image of themselves for this use. 
9. If a winner does not wish to provide a photo and their name to be used in the winner annoucement, another winner will be chosen at random.
