I joined MedicAlert in November 2011. My Previous experience was working in a busy hospital setting mainly on a Cardiology and Respiratory ward. This involved looking after patients with complex needs such as administering daily medication and IV medications. From day to day I would care for patients with COPD, asthma, pneumonia, heart failure, Angina and also end of life care.
Sarah reviews the wording and spelling on your ID to ensure all conditions are accurately listed, crucial in an emergency. She also verifies the information on your wallet card and ID. Additionally, Sarah checks your medical records and documents to keep them updated with any changes. She reviews all medical calls to ensure that our service runs smoothly.
My passion is to travel and visit new places. My family and I love adventure. In the past year we have gone Snowmobiling, Husky Sledding, Canoeing, Karting and been on the tallest sky swing in the UK.
