"I joined MedicAlert in July 2022, having previously worked for the NHS as a Community Staff Nurse. This involved visiting patients at their homes, providing wound care, daily medication administration, end of life care and IV medication administration."
Emma has a lot of experience and is able to respond to any medical queries you might have.
Emma helps with the wording/spelling on your ID, ensuring all of your conditions are spelt accurately, which is vital in an emergency. She also checks all the information that goes onto your wallet card and ID. Your medical records and documents will be checked by Emma to make sure that everything is up to date with anything that might change.
Emma loves animals which include her horses and a new puppy. She enjoys being active including going skiing and going to BounceFit classes.
