This year has been a busy one for MedicAlert, including a location move that saw our existing two premises combine into one, allowing us to provide the very best customer service for our members, reduce turnaround times where possible and, of course, reduce our footprint as we did it. 

We’ve supported our members throughout the Coronavirus pandemic with our 24/7 emergency helpline remaining operational at all times whilst our production timelines were reduced even further to ensure those in need received their medical ID jewellery quicker than ever, providing peace of mind in a tumultuous time. Our Membership Service Advisors and Registered Nurses have continued to take calls from you, our lovely members, from their kitchens, living rooms and, sometimes, sunny gardens. 

On top of all this, we continue to work with charities across the UK to provide support for their audiences, including those who have financial difficulties in accessing our service during this difficult time.

Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is available to existing and joining MedicAlert members who order a piece of jewellery on 28th July 2020 (the promotional period).
2. All orders containing an item of medical ID jewellery within the promotional period will be entered in the prize draw.
3. Orders only including MedicAlert membership and/or Wallet Cards will not be entered in the prize draw.
4. One winner will be chosen, at random, to have the 56% of the value of their order credited back to them.
5. Only the value of the winners' orders (medical ID jewellery and membership, if applicable) will be credited. This does not include postage and packaging charges.
6. The winners will be notified on Thursday 30th July 2020.
7. The winners must agree to the publication of their winning status on social media, blogs and other MedicAlert publications. They must also agree to provide one image of themselves for this use.
8. If a winner does not wish to provide a photo and their name to be used in the winner announcement, another winner will be chosen at random.
9. No monetary equivalent will be offered.
10. MedicAlert's decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
