Our Registered Nurses check that your full record is medically sound, prioritising your vital details and spotting errors, to aid care in an emergency.
We also check that your medical ID jewellery holds your most vital information, to aid initial care decisions, and that information is not conflicting.
We can share your vital medical documents and health management plans, by fax or email, to those caring for you in an emergency.
