Scam Calls

We are aware that a small number of fraudulent calls are being made in MedicAlert's name. These calls have been offering free IDs if you give them your payment details. We can assure you that this is NOT MedicAlert and we are doing everything we can to help stop these calls. Our member’s security is central to our service. If you have received a call that you believe to be fraudulent, please report the call to action fraud (click on their logo below) and once you have done so, fill in the form below to keep us informed.

We do not make unsolicited calls to people who are not currently members or the designated contact of a member. If you’re unsure that you’re really talking to MedicAlert, just let us know that you’d like to terminate the call. You can then call us back using the phone number printed on any documentation we’ve sent you or on the website.

When will MedicAlert call you?

MedicAlert will only call you for one of the following reasons:

  • You have placed an order with us and we need to discuss the details.
  • You have contacted us asking to be called back.
  • There is a problem with your payment or your membership has run out.
  • You have applied for one of ours sponsorship programmes.
  • If we have any returned mail.
